YACs

(Youth Advisory Committee)

In 2020, M.A.P. established the Youth Advisory Committee, comprised of middle and high school M.A.P. "kids" who have been involved in M.A.P.   As  YACs, these students learn organizational and leadership skills.  Working with adult advisors, they plan all aspects of the annual Reach for the Stars Talent Show, the first of which was held in 2021.  They will plan additional activities, and a portion of the proceeds from these events will fund other YAC projects and the M.A.P. Participation Award fund for our graduating high school seniors.
