APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

M.A.P.'s membership year runs September 1 to July 31. 

You can join at any time and will be asked to renew your membership each year.

PART 1 - Adult/Family/Business Member Information

As an adult member of M.A.P., I will support M.A.P. in the following ways:

• by assisting with the Summer Theatre Workshop (see above)

• by assisting with other M.A.P.-sponsored events throughout the year

          (e.g Second Saturdays, the Kids’ Mardi Gras Ball, the Live Nativity, etc.)

• by procuring one Sponsorship, Ad, or Shout-out for the summer production

• by submitting my annual membership dues of $15
